Senior Engineer in Microfluidic Research and Development

Job description:
1. Responsible for the overall solution development of microfluidic systems, including design, processing, testing, optimization, etc;
22. Participate in the development, integration, and consolidation of gene sequencing products and technology platforms centered around microfluidic chips;
3. Familiar with industry patent protection, assist the company in writing and submitting invention patents, etc;
4. Report the work plan and progress to the CTO.
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in fluid mechanics, bioengineering, electrochemical biosensors, mechanical design, physics, automation or related majors;
2. Have at least 3 years of experience in biological and medical fields POCT、IVD、 Experience in designing fluid chips for rapid biological testing, with at least one product launched on the market;
3. Have experience in microfluidic chip design, manufacturing, and development research; Familiar with knowledge related to microfluidics, familiar with the flow characteristics of liquid and gas phases in microfluidic chips, and familiar with the principles and principles of microchannel design.
4. Proficient in polymer material injection molding, processing, packaging and other technologies;
5. Proficient in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ProE for 3D modeling and engineering drawing;

MEMS chip R&D engineer

Job description:
1. Participate in the development of gene sequencing products and technology platforms with MEMS chips as the core;
2. With the goal of industrial production, responsible for the design, verification, and packaging of MEMS chips, as well as the research and optimization of key technologies such as related processes, to form high-performance and highly reliable micro nano processing technology processes;
3. Cooperate with the testing department to complete the integrated testing of instruments, reagents, and chips, identify and solve problems during the testing process;
4. Responsible for document signing and tracking of R&D process status, assisting in the writing and submission of company invention patents.
Job requirements:
1. Graduated from relevant majors with a background in micro/nano processing, such as physics, semiconductor, microelectronics, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 3 years of experience in MEMS development;
3. Familiar with commonly used equipment related to photolithography, coating, etching, and characterization;
4. Experience in developing thin film electrodes is preferred;
5. Understand the flow characteristics of liquid and gas phases in microfluidic chips, be familiar with microchannel design principles, and have experience in microfluidic chip design, processing, and development research is preferred;
6. Experience in mass production of MEMS chips is preferred;
7. Diligent and eager to learn, priority given to technical expertise.

Protein Structure Researcher

Job description:
1. Responsible for using protein structure analysis tools or engineering software for protein structure simulation, hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, and electrical analysis;
2. Based on simulation and experimental results, guide the rational design of protein structure;
3. Responsible for protein directed evolution research based on protein properties;
4. Responsible for guiding the optimization of recombinant protein expression and purification conditions, and cooperating with the service company for membrane protein structure analysis;
5. Collecting and organizing literature materials, designing corresponding experimental plans, and exploring process conditions;
6. Complete the experimental plan, organize and archive experimental records, and write protein structure data reports;
7. Responsible for building the protein structure team.
Job requirements:
1. PhD degree, major in biophysics, biochemistry, bioinformatics or related fields, with a focus on structural biology;
2. Experience in independently using relevant software to complete protein homology simulation, molecular docking, dynamic simulation, and other work related to rational design is preferred;
3. Experience in protein rational design or directed evolution related research is preferred;
4. Experience in membrane protein related research is preferred;

Senior Engineer in Molecular Biology Research and Development

Job description:
1. Responsible for the development and performance testing of nucleic acid libraries for nanopore gene sequencing;
2. Complete the development of nanopore sequencing biochemical reagents;
3. Familiar with industry patent protection and apply for patent protection for relevant technologies for the company based on achievements;
4. Timely technical communication with the testing department and biotechnology department to promote product integration and consolidation
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in biochemistry and molecular biology/bioengineering/nucleic acid biology/chemical biology or related majors, with more than 3 years of work experience and basic knowledge and research experience in nucleic acid molecular biology;
2. Experience in sequencing library preparation and a deep understanding of the composition and design principles of library preparation reagents are preferred;
3. Understand the principle of nanopore sequencing, experience in developing sequencing reagents is preferred;
4. Have a certain level of English reading and writing ability;

Nanopore sequencing researcher

Job description:
1. Responsible for managing the testing work of the sequencing department, reporting test results to the CTO, and developing and executing testing plans based on the company's overall sequencing plan;
2. Familiar with the industry's nanopore sequencing technology solutions and patent layout, and apply for patent protection for related technologies for the company based on its research results;
3. Coordinate the testing department and chip department to improve, integrate, and optimize products.
Job requirements:
1. PhD degree, majoring in physics, biophysics, chemistry, electrochemistry, or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in developing nanopore sequencing technology or conducting nanopore experiments;
3. Familiar with nanopore testing system and membrane laying, as well as pore embedding mechanism;
